Adam, have you ever watched ONE episode of Behind The Music? People and
bands tour and play out for YEARS before they "make it". You have to love
playing so much that it's fun for you to play for free to no one. Once you
get tired of the sound of your own voice, you're done. You really can't take any

of these performances as individual events. They all have their things that

distinguish them, but once something really good does it (and it will), you'll ball

all of these shows into one and you'll give this time in your life a name. Something

like "low point" or "rock bottom". Keep plugging away. You've done and sacrificed

too much to look back.

Adam,
Bud, I've been in a situation with the same concept...How long do you stay
with something before you drop it and move on to concept #2? You can feel it
in your heart, and your soul. You will HONESTLY know when (IF) 4TVS will not
pan out. Hollywierd is an extremely hard nut to crack. A lot of people give
up before they ever make it anywhere.... Don't give up, A. Don't do it...
ever. It will come around... have faith in yourself and your ability, but
don't forget why you went out there in the first place. You will make it,
hold your focus, and listen to your soul. When the "freebies" dry up, then
consider Concept#2, or 3, or whatever.
I'm pulling for you, man
-Eric
